Hi, I’m Jessica!

What started as a personal journey took an unexpected and beautiful turn. Delta Flour was born out of a challenging chapter in my life, a breast cancer diagnosis. I found comfort and calm in the quiet rhythm of baking. I began experimenting with sourdough, creating my own starter, and what was meant to be a small hobby quickly became a powerful form of therapy during chemotherapy.

Before long, my kitchen counters were overflowing with loaves (and so were our bellies!). Naturally, I began sharing the extra bread with family and friends. Then something magical happened- friends of friends started asking to buy loaves and that small ripple turned into a huge wave: from local farmers markets and festivals to now... a local micro bakery.

Delta Flour is my love letter to the community that supported me, and my way of offering something nourishing, heartfelt, and gut-friendly in return. Every item is handcrafted with care, using wholesome ingredients and old-world techniques.
